Meeting demand in the south east of England

Martin Grant Homes' policy is to identify and secure sites that will meet demand to satisfy housing requirements for the future. Large new housing sites are required to be sustainable in their new environment and can often add much needed additional services to the existing developed areas that they adjoin.

The company is always seeking sites that are suitable for development and welcomes suggestions from interested parties. We have the ability to develop sites of all sizes be they green land or brown field sites. Our present build programme includes small sites of two homes to larger sites of eighty-nine homes. Our strategic land includes land for many thousands of new homes in over forty locations.
